🌿 My Story & Why I Created Enchanted Eco

I’m Kourtney Patterson, the heart and soul behind this magical venture I call Enchanted Eco. 

My journey into the world of art and eco-consciousness began at a young age, where I loved to immerse myself in painting and art classes and various mediums of crafts and creation.
I always felt a deep connection to create, and I knew I was destined to become something meaningful, eventually.

I grew up believing I had to live a small life, that leaving my hometown or building a life outside of “normal” was impossible. With fibromyalgia, epilepsy, ADHD, and autism, the traditional world didn’t have a place for me.

I was told to shrink myself, that my problems were imaginary, to fall in line, and to accept less. 

For most of my life, I felt like I didn’t belong, and at a very young age- had very little hope for my future.

But here’s the truth: being “different” isn’t weakness. It’s strength. It’s vision. It’s the gift of seeing the world through another lens and unique perspective.

Now, my passion for nostalgia, spirituality, consciousness, and the whimsical aspects of life inspire every product I offer.

Instead of forcing myself into a system that drained me, I chose a new path, one rooted in creativity, spirituality, and connection with divine energy and The Earth. 

Out of my struggle came resilience. Out of pain came purpose. Out of being “weird” came freedom and meaning.

✨ That’s why I created Enchanted Eco.

A place where art, sustainability, and rebellion against conformity all intertwine.

A space where what makes us unique becomes our superpower.

 

🌱 Every piece I make is hand-crafted in some way, shape, or form. Usually, from up-cycled and recycled materials.

🌱 Every item sold plants 2 trees, removes 2 plastic from the ocean, and supports carbon-neutral projects, offsetting 60lbs of CO2, on average - per order.

🌱 Every design is infused with intention, healing, and care for both people and the planet.

 

For me and many others, art is more than expression.

It’s a form of resistance.

Against waste, against conformity, against the lie that we must fit into society’s box to have worth.

I create for the misfits and mystics, the dreamers, the neurodivergent, the sensitive, the spiritual.

The ones who were told they were “too much” or “not enough.” My art is proof that your weirdness is sacred. That your softness is powerful. That being different is divine. 

When you support Enchanted Eco, you’re not just buying art. You’re joining a movement of hope, healing, and resilience. A reminder that just like the earth, we can regrow. We can resist. And together, we can create a softer, more meaningful world.
